How many tasks can I submit?
As many as you like. There is no limit to the number of tasks you can add to your board.
What counts as a task?
A task is any small to medium-sized request that can be completed within a reasonable timeframe, such as layout fixes, UX improvements, new sections, CRO updates or app integrations. Larger items are broken down into smaller tasks so you still get regular progress.
How fast is the turnaround time?
Most tasks are delivered within 1 to 3 business days depending on complexity. If something requires more time, we split it into smaller deliverables to keep progress flowing.
Can you work on multiple tasks at once?
This subscription focuses on delivering one task at a time for quality, clarity and speed. Once a task is completed, we move straight to the next in your queue.
What type of work is included?
Support, development, theme updates, UX improvements and CRO enhancements are all included. A full scope list is available further down the page.
Is this suitable if we already have a developer?
Yes. Many brands use us alongside their internal team for faster execution, CRO improvements and ongoing support. We can collaborate or take full responsibility for your store's continuous improvement.
What kind of CRO work do you provide?
We provide monthly conversion insights, journey improvements, data-informed adjustments and friction reduction throughout your key pages. We do not run full A/B testing programmes unless the tasks fit within the one-task model.
Can you install and configure apps?
Yes, we install and configure apps that fit within scope. Complex or custom integrations may require project-based work.
Is design work included?
Yes, as long as the design work relates to theme sections, UX updates, layout improvements or CRO-led refinements. Full site redesigns are outside the subscription.
Can you build completely new features?
Yes, if they are small to medium feature requests that fit into the one-task model. Large features, custom apps or multi-step products fall outside scope and can be quoted separately.
Do you work on Shopify Plus?
Yes. Most of our subscribers are on Plus, and the subscription covers support for both core Shopify and Shopify Plus features.
What is not included?
Large custom development, complete theme rebuilds, ERP/WMS integrations, multi-month projects, and any work requiring backend systems outside Shopify. These can be quoted separately if needed.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No, the subscription is billed monthly and you can pause or cancel at any time.
How do I submit tasks?
We give you access to your own task board where you can add requests at any time. You can reorder tasks or ask us to prioritise based on commercial impact.
Do unused tasks roll over?
There is no concept of "unused work" because you can submit unlimited tasks at any time. The flow never resets.
Can we speak directly with you?
Yes, you will have clear communication throughout. Depending on your preference, we can use email, your task board or quick video messages for context.
What happens if we need something urgent?
If an urgent issue impacts checkout, payments or core functionality, we will prioritise it ahead of regular tasks.
Can we upgrade the subscription if we need more throughput?
Yes. If you need increased speed or capacity, you can upgrade to a higher plan with faster turnaround or two tasks in progress at once.
