But their original website — focused mainly on storytelling couldn’t keep up with growing demand, nor did it provide the tools needed to scale direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales.

They needed an eCommerce platform that preserved their authentic brand identity while unlocking new features: subscriptions, bulk ordering, and a tailored B2B experience, all without sacrificing user-friendliness or search visibility.
